The place consist of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, and satellite TV. It has a separate kitchen equipped with gas cooker and oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge and freezer, basic tableware, and a dining area. The bathroom contains a large corner bath and a shower area.

The  apartment contains three practical cloakrooms. The winter garden, which serves as a facility for washing, drying and ironing clothes, is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. You can also benefit from  balcony facing onto a very quiet street overlooking Vítězné Náměstí.
